The flowering hairs (pistils) are a good indication of when your plant MIGHT be ready for harvest... but if possible, you should get a jewelers loupe or a microscope with at least a 30x magnification that will allow you to take a close look at the trichomes. These should, at the very minimum, all be milky white. From there, they start to turn amber and when about 10-20% of them are amber is the perfect time to harvest.
If you don't have/can't afford a loupe or a microscope, I personally would say you have about another week to go since the plant is just starting to fade... now might be a great time to stop giving nutes and just keep the plant watered ... and in a week, chop!
