You can still low stress train the plants, but you shouldn't top them anymore now.
You can still SCROG the plant and bend the plants to shape them, but be careful! Once the plants start flowering, the stems become harder and will break quickly instead of bending.
I would trim the bottom 30% of the plants. Those little tops never really amount to much but do take a lot of energy from the plant. And those leaves don't catch enough light to really contribute and be meaningful.
This way, you'll also create enough airflow underneath, have enough space to train and water. And this ensures that the plants focus entirely on the top thick buds!
