Greetings FrankFarm, This is weird..kind of reminds me of the little kid grows my mates and I used to do as a child. Practically in the dark, overwatered, under ventilated and under or sometimes over fertilised . However I see the adjacent plant seems ok..small leaves if im honest but healthy enough...and the fabric pot you are using is free draining so its not water pooling at the root site. Is this a clone perhaps...perhaps a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone etc? If that is the case its time to replace your mother because she is getting old (remember cannabis is programmed as an annual) and has lost her vigour. If its not that then all I can suggest is completely gently washing the soil off the roots, trimming out any really long or brown or dead and or dying roots...soak in a seaweed solution for an hour or so then gently repot into a larger pot with new soil. You will know in a week if she is going to make it. I really hope that helps am feeling your pain with this. Sticky buds!

Boy, you DO have a problem... without a diary, I can't really tell much of anything here - but your description of the spots starting to go up the stem coupled with the fact you're growing in living soil has me concerned this might be a fungus.... but that's about ALL I can tell you! I would do some research on the various fungus that attacks cannabis (the only ones I can rule out are botrytis and powdery mildew)... I'm concerned it might be septoria... this article might help you figure out if this is what you're dealing with: https://www.ilovegrowingmarijuana.com/growing/marijuana-diseases-leaf-septoria/ In it, they specifically say septoria (which is also called Yellow Leaf Spot): "will harm the leaves and often times the stems of the plant, although it won’t cause the crop to die off. If for any reason this is not properly cared for it will lessen the marijuana plant’s yield. The affected leaves will become dry where the spot is and overtime break and produce a hole at the point where the spot started off." Good luck....
