Orange/rust spots on leaves

Throughout the life of this grow I've seen rust and orange spots on some of the fan leaves. I can't seem to figure out or pinpoint the source of this. I think the plants are in good health overall, I do have a lot of fungual gnats that I'm trying to mitigate

Brown Spots on Leaves I’m noticing some light brown spots on my leaves. After researching it seems that it was either 1) Manganese deficiency 2) calcium deficiency or 3) overwatering. I don’t think I’m overwatering. It could be the nutrients but would like input!

Recurring Cal Mag issues I’m already at the maximum recommended cal mag dose of 1ml/litre (with nutes at 1000ppm or E.C. 2.0) and I’m still facing issues. It went away for a few days, but it’s now back. Should increase the cal mag dose and cut back on the macro nutes to maintain 1000ppm?

Interveinal chlorosis and dead spots on leaves, deficiency?This started appearing about a week ago, after I watered until runoff with plain water. Do my girls look healthy? There's small lighter green patches here and there and some leaf curl. I might be a over analyzing/reacting. I'm a little paranoid but autos supposed to be finicky and stunt easily, and can go from bad to worse very quickly, from everything I've read.Thx
