Cat piss? Not the strain....

humm hard to say. Male cats do spray to mark territory, but its a mix of other things not just piss. I feel you would be able to smell the piss if it was it. plus if the cats are not male its not spray from them. It does resemble water dmg on leaves a bit, but in my experience they do not get super crispy and make holes. A fungus of some sort could be the issue or cat pee. I also have a feeling it could be something in the root zone as well like wet roots soaking in stagnate water. I'd give the plant a rinse off in water "in the shade not direct sun" and if you don't want the cats aorund there you can place dog hair and citrus peals aorund everything as they are not a fan of that. You can also apply a generalized sulpher powder/spray on the leaves for a broad spectrum fungicide.
