You've got a bad insect infestation - probably spider mites but it doesn't matter, whatever they are (thrips, spider mites, aphids, whiteflies), they're sucking the life out of your plants. Your ONLY shot at saving them is to get some Spinosad as soon as possible and use it as directed... it can be used as a spray (use it this way) AND as a root drench (I'd also tell you to use it THIS way as well!)... This stuff is an organic insecticide and THE best at treating this kind of infestation and will kill adults, eggs and larvae - but the really cool part is that you can use it all the way through harvest if needed (and you might need to!). I'd give it a shot - the only other option is to pitch the plants and not have any.
If these were grown outside, then just use the Spinosad - but if you've been growing indoors in a tent, you'll probably need to scrub out your tent THOROUGHLY with either H202 or isopropyl alcohol or bleach... clean everything - tent and all equipment.
Good luck... THOSE leaves will not get better but if you can knock the insects down, the new leaves shouldn't have any problems at all.
