GrowCNanswered grow question 2 years ago Almost any exhaust fan can overpower a dehumidifier inside the tent. The fan can suck in humid air much faster than the dehumidifier can dry the air. The dehumidifier will almost always loose that battle. So you either need to turn off or greatly reduce the airflow if you want the dehumidifier to have an affect.
The best way I have found to control humidity is with a lung room. It is a small room where I condition the air. The grow tent is inside that room so the tent's ventilation fan draws in cool, dry air from my lung room. I use AC Infinity Cloudline fans with the smart controls so the fan turns on and off as needed to maintain the temperature and humidity I want inside the tent.
