Boy, this is SO close... I would try to keep her going for another few days to a week... This one will probably be infected as well but it might NOT be yet... having dealt with a LOT of bud rot this summer, all I can tell you is to inspect each bud every day ... if you see ANY sign of rot, cut it out with sterilized utensils and spray the area with a 1% solution of H2O2 ... if it's a fairly small bud that has rot, just clip the whole bud and chuck it away. The spores will travel long distances but if you can keep the plant you've already found with it as far away as possible, you'll have a better chance of not getting it on this one... but seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if you DID find it on this one... Just be very careful in your examination of the buds and also when you're trimming (you should do a wet trim of these) - I found buds, as I was trimming them, to actually have the rot inside but hadn't exhibited any exterior symptoms yet... You don't want to be leaving the rot on the buds as they're drying because it will continue to take down your harvest...
And it goes without saying, get your humidity down - and I don't even know what humidity you've got now! Just get it down... When you harvest and finished wet trim, you'll know the buds you're drying don't have the rot and you'll be able to hopefully keep the drying area at 60F and 60% humidity for a nice long drying time without fear...
Good luck!
