Girls are in mid of 8th week of flower. I started to see some trichomes a bit brownish but also some clear ones, not much of whiteish. Is this normal? The zoomed photos are taken from the same that I think more matured. Do you think is still a week off or is ready to be cut. Tnx

Unless you’re looking for a sedative high - which is gettin to the point where the thc is degrading into mainly CBN - I’d chop it within the week. I see it as peak thc potency within the next week. Gorgeous looking buds - better than most “vets” out there

Trichomes ripen at a different pace. Buds are still producing more is why you are seeing some clear. Continue your flush and harvest when you like what you see under the scope.

Terpenes and Cannabanoids can be depleted and degraded by light intensity and I know people who have had the issue in their grow, light to close or to high and it cause degradation of booth, changed the flavor and the potency

No need to turn the lights down. Trichomes are the plant's sun block and are created by the plant to displace light. There's a saying: if you think it's ready, wait a week. It really close to being finished and totally up to you if you want to harvest. But, don't forget, the more amber trichomes you see, the more the weed will lock you on the couch.

7 days maybe 8 and counting to chop, unless you want couch lock and a body buzz you can run them a bit longer till amber Trycombs, just make sure you decrease light intensity a bit or make sure to raise the light as to not burn off the trycombs....They look great and you should be very happy soon!

HMMMM.. Quick flush if you have to. And less light to finish your ripening. And leave under lights at 50%. Actually lower your light % now. U need to protect them trichomes. There's a certain point you can push a plant.....to fully ripening. And you've done that. Or thereabouts she'll ripen up in her last few days. In the last few days. With low % of light. She'll cloud up 90%ish that's your harvest window. Yes, you could leave it. For a bodied high but, me, I'd defo let her finish up on half-75% light. Hopefully in the next few days you'll start to see a fade Good luck.
