If you can FIM with consistent results - go for it. I have had trouble getting consistency from it. Sometimes I get 2 branches formed there, sometimes 4, sometimes 3 even. So I always top plants - because I know exactly how it’s gonna react. I know ppl that can FIM with consistent results.. I just choose not to try and refine that skill set. I prefer working with topped plants. Beyond that you just have to plan for the resulting growth.

Non of above !!! I prefer to harm them without loosing grow time, yes, I still do lolipoping and clearing,, but in veg , defoliation, croping and SuperCroping is only harm, I love them too much maybe ;) I have one technique to test still, but it's variation of FIMing, just when you cut part of leaves only to stunt grow, for other to catch up. There is plenty of other ways to ha smartly plant without loosing grow time ... All the Best !

Leaves still goes yellow after flush with pure water 6.5pH, then only water with Biobizz Fishmix and last time all nutrients but 50% of recommended.After last question with those symptoms, I flushed her with pure 6.5pH water, then next time started to adding only Biobizz Fishmix, and another next time I started to add all nutrients again but 50% of recommended. Buds, the white ends of the flowers begin to turn brown as well.

Brown Calyx Why is my center buds calyx turning brown and the fatter buds closer to the light look fine. Still a few weeks from harvest or should be. I mean all the others all have long white calyx with a orange one every now and then but not curly like the pic, Help!!!! Lol!!!

Are these calyxes or do I have a herm?I'm noticing these on my plant. They all have pistols coming out of them so I don't think they're pollen sacs. I did find some pistols have changed orange this morning but it could be a fan that was blowing on them (yeah, I know I gotta fix that). 1st grow so I'm concerned.

How should I get the buds a lil more crispy? Its not wet but its not dry like it should be...After cutting, I cured my buds for 14 days on 15-18°C and 45-65% humidity. Then when they were really crispy on the outside but sticky on the inside I put them in jars. Now its another 14 days later and the buds don't feel as crispy as before even tho I opened them 2 times daily?

Did I flower too long? is it time to chop?Is it time to chop? I posted her on Reddit and people are like "you're way over, it's foxtailing and you need to chop ASAP!" As you can see there's still white pistils on the top most of the biggest colas. I also have scope photos of the trichomes in the diary.
