a great and easy way, for me, is diatomaceous earth. it's crushed shells and cuts bugs to ribbons, as well as dehydrates and kills them. It's fantastic stuff and won't hurt your plants, or worms if you use them, at all. good watering regime and fly traps is very good prevention for future. as prevention for top part - Bacillus thuringiensis as prevention as sorting roots - spinosad there some versions aka natural, personally i was going for nematodes or some live natural predators, in UK we have such shop, have a look https://www.dragonfli.co.uk/ Happy Growing !!!
