Help! Are these root aphids??

Found these scurrying in my soil the other day. Pretty quick so I had to use a sticky trap to get a good look. I don't see them on or under any leaves. What could this be? Currently in week 7 of flower.

7th week of flowering is close to finish I guess. Just don’t try any chemicals to fight them. If the plant looks good and buds are forming (or already ripening) keep it clean, don’t put your hands in soil. I saw the same bugs in runoff by
the end of flowering in my previous grow. They were white. I was constantly flushing coco with solution adding 3ml/l of 3% hydrogen peroxide and the biggest problem was parasitic nematodes that attacked roots. Anyways the plant finished well.

Hey guys.
Seems this one is a bit slow compared to her Sis.
Could this be of the soil mix in the final pot that I transplanted it in?
It's in about 60% peat moss/Perlite (Pindstrup brand) and about 20 % forest soil, 10% sifted cow manure and 10% cow manure ash.Week 3

Mites appeared... 2 weeks leftI started noticing a few mites , which I mistook for orange fruit flies or something. Also there were 3-4 green ones but I could not find any kind of colony and thoroughly blew air through all the leaves.
Should I take any more measures at this point of flower?Week 9

Organic IPMWhat do you all use for IPM? I got tweetmint, em-5 from BuildASoil & neem oil. I just tried a solution of neem oil, AGSil 16H & ThermX70…forgot to PH balance the solution so I came back & sprayed the leaves with a lower ph purified drinking water. I’m growing organically btw.Other. Bugs

White flyes problemFor now they aim to the veins underside of the biggest fan leaves. I tryed an oil based spray but i feel it was to light.
Around the vegetation is full of white fluffy spots.
Plants developed some little like milky like signs also on the leaves, right upside of the infectionWeek 6

i've noticed my plant looks a little smaller and more compact, i was looking to do lst on it but it seems like its kinda small. is this a result of my light being to powerful/too close to the canopy? i'm running 1 qb288 v2 rspec @ 150w / 22-24in away. or is all of this normal!?Week 2
