Found these scurrying in my soil the other day. Pretty quick so I had to use a sticky trap to get a good look. I don't see them on or under any leaves. What could this be? Currently in week 7 of flower. Thanks in advance!

root aphids tend to be all white and more teardroped shaped. They also are an insect with 6 legs. The photos you took almost make it look like it might have 8 legs with one of them stuck under its self in the yellow pics. The soil pic is so out of focus its hard to see anything of definition other then the over all shape. to me it looks more like a mite. How is your plant looking? any signs of stress? If there is no signs of stress these might be predatory bugs eating other bugs that could become problematic. Keep an eye of them and try and find out how may legs its has, antennae do not count as legs but sometimes look like them. Good Luck!

7th week of flowering is close to finish I guess. Just don’t try any chemicals to fight them. If the plant looks good and buds are forming (or already ripening) keep it clean, don’t put your hands in soil. I saw the same bugs in runoff by the end of flowering in my previous grow. They were white. I was constantly flushing coco with solution adding 3ml/l of 3% hydrogen peroxide and the biggest problem was parasitic nematodes that attacked roots. Anyways the plant finished well.
