Weird Brown Mark

Hey everyone,
Woke up to this brown mark today. It’s only on this leaf so I’m thinking it could be fertilizer burn from it touching the leaf.
But it’s also in a random spot that shouldn’t really have touched the fert water.
No sign of bugs either. What do you guys think?

My plants are suffering a Phosphorus deficiancy due to lockout due to low ph of soil. My first flush only helped for a while. As soon as the medium gets too dry damage resumes. what should I do? I went to check on them today and the amount of damage they took in 24 hours was bad.5y ago
