It's either mosaic virus or it's a genetic mutation... in either case, there's nothing to be done. If the plant is otherwise healthy and growing well, just ignore the discoloration and treat her as if she is normal... if she's NOT growing well, you might consider starting a new seed.

Likely either just weird genetics, or there's a virus - TMV or similar. I'd just keep an eye on it and see if it continues to appear on new leaves. I had a plant where it just stopped after first few nodes.

A drop that looks like trichomes glued together as if they were a super trichome.
I only realized when I cut it and turned it over, I thought it was water, but it didn't run!!
When I touched it, it felt like honey.
