Reverse flowering time

could I reverse the time when putting into bloom and switching from a 12/12 program? I could turn on at 00:00 and turn off the light at 12:00, because honestly I keep them on during the night and I turn them off at noon and I would like to do the opposite, can I?

So what I mean is lights out for the last time in veg cycle.
Have an extended dark period of say 24-36 hours and then turn on your 12-12 on your new desired schedule.

You certainly could as mentioned below you would simply extend the dark time i let my lights run during the night as the temperatures are cooler

Yes absolutely. What you can do is kind of have an extended dark period before going to 12-12. You can set it to have the lights come back on when you want. But once you pick your start time I would keep that.

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.
