You must consider the state of your plant. If she's ok, you can top her early (2-3 week) else is better to wait a little bit more.. If she's is weak just don't do the top... Good Luck ! 💪

Depend on genetic! Some can grow well with 1-2 or maybe 3 topping, normally 1 is enough :) and It depend on environment .. find you way! :) Usually i never top , only lst :)
