LST after Topping

When would you start doing LST after doing a topping? I have topped about 3 days ago now, and have good growth from the new sites, about 1/2 inch of stock coming from the tops. Worried if I LST a little too early those new tops might not be grown enough yet!

Ya, wait till they are a few inches long before trying to tie them down. You wanna let them grow enough so they are easy to just tie down 90 degrees without them snapping. If they resist the bend then squeeze and massage the area gently on the branch where you want it to bend and wiggle it side to side until the stem is soft enough to bend over. The intention is to cut at the 3rd node (cut C) in order to develop the branches of nodes 2 and 3 as main ones. Does this make sense? Has anyone already had any experience with this?

Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?
