Calmag has a high nitrogen content so I try to steer clear of using it - especially in flower... and yeah, your problem certainly could be a lockout caused by too much nitrogen... If it gets worse, you might want to flush. And your pH could be lower... 6.8 is a little high - aim for 6.2-6.4.
One thing I've found very beneficial in soil grows when it comes to calcium or magnesium issues is Langbeinite... with an NPK of 0-0-22, since it's difficult to dissolve, I just use it as a top dressing - about 1 tablespoon a month scratched into the top layer of soil. You CAN dissolve it if you crush it up and then bubble it for about 24-48 hours but I don't usually do that... however, if you want to, I would only add 1tsp per gallon per week. I start using it as a top dressing about week 3... haven't had a calcium/magnesium deficiency using this stuff - and, even better, it's organic. With that concentration of potassium, you're also giving your flowers an incredible boost.
Good luck!
