Hey there - I struggled when I went full Ro as my tap sucks as well. What I find works best for me is mixing a little, for example for each gallon of RO add 500ml of tap water, for me it seems to stabilise the RO and make it easier to manage as well as giving the traces that come out of the tap. This said I have no gone on to pure RO, and it is how you mix the nutes that seems to make the difference. Silica, rest, calmag, rest, core nutrients, rest, test and PH then rest before use. The water itself moves a lot when adding nutrients EC and PH so resting inbetween adding the nutrients allowing them to mix in well before adding the next

Photos ppm tops out at 800 to 900 ppm and autos top out at 600 to 650 ppm

Don't have much to go on, but if your growing in coco your ph needs to be at 5.8 through the veg cycle and 6.2 to 6.3 for flower time. Your values from day 1 with photos is 400 ppm 0.8 ec and increase every week if you see good growth by 100 ppm 0.2 ec. If their autos they start from day 1 at 200 ppm and increase the same way if your seeing good growth. A little cal/mg needs to be in that ppm total as well...
