Do you think they’re suffering with some nitrogen toxicity? If so, how do you recommend i fix or balance it out?... growing organic no till with water only and occasional compost tea. I top dressed 3 weeks ago with an organic dry amendment and think thats where I’ve over done it.

I don't think it is N toxicity. Usually all your leaves would be super dark green, and the very tips of the leaves would look like the are hanging down like a cat claw. Usually when leaves start curling up and flipping like that it means you have high temperatures and/or too much water. The leaves do that because they are working too hard to move water efficiently through the plant. If you have these issues in check though, then it is possible that there is some sort of root problem, but check these other things first.

This does not look like N toxicity to me, either--there's no tip burn or clawing. Way to go with the organic/no till etc.! To me, this looks like a minor Magnesium deficiency (purple stems and slow growth), or it could be over-watering, or it could be a nighttime temp issue. I'd recommend adding a low-dose basic Cal/Mag to your waterings. I bet that would help a lot, but with all the effort you've put into the organic/no-till approach here, I certainly understand if you don't take that advice . . . All the best with the rest of your grow! Great work!

Your leaves aren't really dark green , I mean it's more an healthy green than a dark green and you leaves aren't clawing which is a main sign of N toxicity. So no clawing , no dark green and no N toxicity to me. There is maybe something related to the genetic as I can also see many "3 fingers leaves" and some "4 fingers" which is a variation that I've rarely seen. If you take a look the her photoperiodic parent the Frisian due you will sometime see that kind of variation and if you click on the description on GD you will see others peoples pictures with distorded leaves too.
