So I went away this weekend and suspect my ladies got 14 hours of darkness and would only get 8 hours of sunlight today. My light never turned on today. Should I do a long light cycle and turn off tomorrow at regular time(I do 6a-12p on) or should they be OK and not flower?
They take 7-21 days of 12/12 to initiate flowering, not just one night.
Just leave it on the usual timing, doing anything weird/random is more likely to cause upsets.
Hi! Only once , the plants di not noticed anything, they stress for example few minutes of light during night(can produce some bananas), or with 7-10 days with 12 or less hrs light, inducing flowering
Don't worry and Happy growing!
