It's all about filling your space the best you can. If that means for you lots of little pots with a shirt veg time focusing on the main cola only or growing 4 massive plants and topping and training them or using a scrog net to even out the canopy so all buds get maximum lighting🌱👍

If you have the space, 4-5 plants in 42 litre pots will give you a far, far, far superior return.
There is no substitute for great root growth - this leads to great plant growth.
