Photoperiod plants will show pre-flowers once old enough in a process known as "sexual differentation" and it is just an identifier. Your photoperiod plants will not actually flower until you go to 12/12. Cloning and keeping her as a mother will not be affected by the presence of a few pre flowers caused by sexual differentation.

Hi! Photoperiod plants produce pre-flowers starting from the 4th-5th week of flowering just to show that they are mature enough to reproduce, but as long as there is enough light, they won't enter true flowering, but will continue to produce pre-flowers :) so the clones will have, or not depending on the branch, pre-flowers too :) which can actually be pollinated, but as I said, it's not true flowering :)
