Early leaves can be fugly, but you may be exacerbating the problem with watering habits.
Based on the drying pattern, it is clear you don't water the entire pot. Possibly other bad habits, too, but can't tell from a still image on those
1) water entire pot - how much runoff depends on soilless (10% or more) vs soil (minimal to ensure entire thing is wet).
2) wait for top 1/2-1" to dry and repeat. (coco - holds a lot less water, re-irrigate once top starts to change color)
Keep it simple. It's really hard to fuck up watering. If the plants are droopy after this simple process, it's the fault of your substrate. Add more perlite or similar next time.
