Looks like a potassium deficiency their appetite greatly increases when they start stretching in development. This may also effect substrate ph. Could very likely be just going into lock out from ph. First thing I always check.

I'd go with lockout. And what you see is by product of your plant wanting some P. (Not from lack of. Its just flipping and the ratios are wrong. Water for a few days, and she might unlock herself, if it gets worse, then you'll know she'll be wanting some extra bloom and lower the N. Your Ratios should be 3:1 and before you flip leave it for a few days to unlock. So 3:1 ratio when you flip will be 1.5 bloom to .5 grow, (once pre flower has started) you can match the micro with bloom, or as you see fit to your plants needs Good luck pal.

Someone more knowledgeable than me while answer but from what I've been reading its may be an Phosphorous and Potassium deficiency. My plants are just starting to put a load of energy into flowering so they are sucking the nutrients out of other parts of the plant to sustain the flowering. Just hit mine with some PK13/14 and a hint of CalMag.
