Seedling curled stem

Is it normal that the seedlings is a little curled? I germinated 3 and all of them has curled stem.
Nov 2- germinate
Nov 4- moved to soil
Today she is 4 days since I germinated her.

Put a dome over two that still has seed husk or membrane on them. The were probably planted too shallow or deep. When mine are about this stage I give a few drops of ph water and light. They pop right up. They will follow the light.

I don't think I overwatered them. I made sure that the surface is dry before spraying water. It just happens that I took the photos after I watered them.

I wanna say maybe a little over watered. Could be why they are behaving like this. Your substrate looks very saturated

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed.
