Grandezza Altezza e rami e internodi troppo grandi ?!

I think I'm doing a good job, I'm putting in a lot of effort but I see that I'm one of the only ones with such big indoor plants and I don't understand why? They wait 3 months to harvest 10 grams. I didn't want to end up like this so I gave it my all but I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.

let them flower for a full 8-9 weeks, this time frame will give you some real nice buds and you will get more than 10 grams, i hope this helps and theres nothing i see your doing wrong. you are doing just fine

How do you guys check for hermies? Everything is full and so small, im scared to overlook them.Im very scared of hermies and want to avoid them. When should i start looking for them? I have a SW Amnesia XL Haze auto strain and I don't want to burn it with temperatures coming up to 38-40°C.
How can I maintain an ideal temperature?

Plant delayed developmentone of the 4 hasn't changed in any way, I don't believe any pistils have changed colour in the past 2 weeks, I thought it may have been a salt build up issue but I flushed it a heap of times and still nothing. The whole plant is suppose to be purple.
