You don't have a diary for this so I'm going to tell you that curling leaves such as this are the result of over-watering (the state of being constantly wet) OR under-watering OR a nitrogen toxicity. Without a diary, it's impossible for us to tell which one is at fault here.. but I'm going to guess it's both underwatering and a nitrogen toxicity because you're giving 1L every day which isn't enough to flush the nutes and salts out of the soil.. - When you water, you need to make sure you're watering enough to get 10-20% runoff
It's also possible that your pH is not in a good range? But a diary would tell us that... Start a diary with as much information as you can - even if you can only go back 2 weeks...
