The burnt tips and leaves looks to be a case of deficiency due to lock out. Secondly your plants are suffering from nitrogen toxicity and you can tell this by the dark shade of green. First and foremost start with a nice flush with ph”d water at 6.0-6.5 assuming you are growing in soil… I see you haven’t included your medium in your diary. Do two flushes and allow the medium to dry sufficiently before the next. Also 3ml of each doesn’t seem accurate so refer to your feeding schedule. There should be less micro, grow and more bloom (lose the nitrogen). After every 2nd nutrient feed give them a ph’d water/cal-mag feed. Happy growing! 🙂 ~F

Don't know what diary we're talking about here but Roberts is right - you've got WAY too much nitrogen in your nutes and this has caused a lockout of other nutrients. In flower, you want an NPK ratio of 1-2-3. I would suggest you flush your plants thoroughly (3x the pot volume of pH'd water through each) and let them dry out. When they're dry, resume nutes but with 1/2 strength keeping in mind the NPK ratio needed. I would also tell you to check your pH and to maintain a range of 6.0 to 6.2 which is ideal for soil grows to absorb all the nutrients they're being given and need. Good luck....

Stop giving nitrogen. You are way too dark green, it is toxic even. Your deficiency is potassium.
