Are there male flowers on my plant?

I'm afraid that the Z and Z could be a hermie but I'm not 100 % sure yet. I posted a picture of what possibly could be a male pollensack. Maybe some experienced growers can help my out to find out if it is really a male flower?

The main top Bud is starting to look like it's dying on the tip so I cut it off I'm on the 66th of flowering. Why do my flowers grown in coconut fiber have no taste? it doesn't taste anything, but really.. the smell is brutal. I wash it for two weeks, I don�I have been working with plagron coconut for a year! I use a plagron power supply family. before this I grew it in the ground and I had flowers with a fabulous taste even before the healing cure.. my yield has increased since I planted in cocus, but the taste has decreased to 0.

Cheese autoflower Amber trichromes on leaves but white hairs. Harvest or waitCheese autoflower is starting to show amber trichromes on sugar leaves not buds. Like quite a few.
