Neem is not the best. Used it before and its hit n miss, its also kinda toxic to humans when it has the part of it that kills bugs. This is sometimes extracted out of the oil then it becomes like any other oil as a carrier for other things in it. BTi or Nematoads have worked 100% for me in the past. Granted they don't do anything bad and are a sign of good soil life. If you can save some of them and place em in your garden or compost pile they are quite useful. Normally they are inside my worm castings I get or compost. Good Luck!

As Grey said, neem oil. Just make sure if you’re spraying it around, or on plants that they aren’t under a light that’s on. It will burn leaves. Also don’t spray anywhere near any buds
