If I had a perpetual grow could I have two tents one veg and one flower and once the veg is ready take clones and flip to flower then once it’s harvested take clones from the now veg plants then flip that into flower? Only going for 2-3 plants per tent

GMSgrows has the right approach here.... and I know a lot of growers DO have perpetual grows... it's all in the timing. Good luck!

Yes you can do this just the age of the plant still continues on clones. It does not restart so plant will eventually get old. I pull my clippings when I switch to flowering. So they have a good 8 weeks to root, and grow. Provides for bigger clones as well. Especially if you use a light substrate like coco, and maintaining the coco the right way.

You can have perpetual grows, but it is best to time the cutting of clones as to control how many weeks of growth they have before switching. When I clone, I would take my cuts just before the plants started showing flowers forming. At that point, there is about 6 weeks of flowering left., and the veging plants should be ready to go into flower as you harvest your plants.
