If they do get to much water these small mishap early on can have some issues down the road but you won't notice it unless its compared to other plants who did not get water logged. I almost always over water once a grow at some point in its life and I'm happy with my yields. I would not worry to much about it and keep on trucking. Good Luck!

You’re fine. They don’t look stunted and it won’t be harmful if it’s corrected going forward. Just be conscious of it going forward. They look healthy and fine. That soil mix could be worrisome tho - I’d mix in some perlite or something like that if you use the same stuff when you transplant. The great thing about photoperiod plants is time can heal pretty much all issues if the correct course is taken.. Good luck

I wouldn't say they are stunted. If you keep over watering they will end up being stunted. Cut some slits or poke some holes in the bottom of the cups, let the substrate dry up a bit before deciding if they are stunted. They could all be fine.

Hey Growmie, I wouldn't say they're stunted at this age at all, week-old seedlings look like your photos do. They also will recover from overwatering/poor drainage, and there will be no harmful effect it will just take a bit longer for them to be ready to flip into flower, which you get to choose when to do anyway. Again they are fine and will recover just watch out for overwatering, they don't need much at this age.

@GrowingGrannie - go somewhere else. you do not understand what i am asking. i know what was said earlier in the other answers. duh. i am asking a different question now. what i am wondering is if they are stunted at this stage - can the fully recover?? or will it have a deleterious (look that word up) effect on the final product. get a grip and go somewhere else with it. have a day.

Do small holes in jars if you doubt about your watering..💚

You can certainly start over - but why would you? They're not dead for heaven's sake! Poke some holes in the bottom to allow for good drainage, and follow some of the advice given in your last question... Or kill off growing plants and start over.... whatever makes you feel better....
