WHITE MOLD ON TOPSOIL

MOLD on TOPSOIL..Not enough air flow in new tent and humidity was off, still dialing it in & I don't have gadgets to help, on a budget.I sprayed peroxide and removed mold and turned up the fan and also lowered lights a little...advice? Picture taken was after removing most of it

Hey Growmie,
Too much water, poor soil drainage, contaminated potting soil, and a lack of light can all cause fungal problems (mold) in your soil. You did right by removing it and using a little peroxide, but if you don't get the airflow issue fixed and the soil keeps staying moist like this, you'll have this problem again. I see you got a new tent, to help with the airflow you can open the vents at the bottom of it to help.

Reason for you issue could be that your pot is fill with the grow medium up to 75% so there is no air movment and it creat perfect condition for mold after watering. If I was you I will add more grow medium so it almost reach top of the pot about 1-2cm from the top and make sure that there is airflow and you will prevent mold on top of soil. Good luck bro 👊👍

That will usually happy from watering to often. You want a wet dry cycle. Lift the pot to feel how heavy it is and you will get used to how much a dry pot compared to a wet pot feels like. You need to let the top couple inches dry out before watering

Plants getting enough light?
Put a white greenhouse plastic over em that shades and diffuses the light. plants look happy with praying leaves . Or are they trying to stretch to much? Not exactly sure on the light transmission. Is lux a good way to test light in a greenhouse ?Week 10

Please help me with my height problem! I only got 160cm of total tent height, the pot is filled to 20 cm height mark, slighty under the 7 gal.. Just checked the plant after work now and it has grown alot more sadly, just measured 93 cm excatly. So 93+20=113cm out of 160 total.Week 6

Seedlings are leggy and in a tray under the dome.
Dome is cracked open.
Using a T5 Reflector.
Light is as close to dome as it can go.
I have a Viparspectra 900W (R900) LED with a Veg and Flower mode.
Env con good.

What's your opinion on pruning off the 5th node and the top 4 out of 12 inches of growth? I have 2 plants growing too fast and I believe this would remedy it. I dont want to hurt them, but I dont need a super uneven canopy. Pruning just the top hasn't slowed it down enoughWeek 4
