Which is the best way to eliminate mould completely? It hasn't affected the plant yet but obviously I want to eliminate it as soon as possible and in the most effective way, what do you recommend? Help for a colleague (=

U cant. U can kill the mold that u can see easily, but u cant kill mold spores with anything that wont also kill the plant. So its a losing battle u cant win. First of all, is the mold bothering the plant? if not then dont mess with it. Messing with things that are going well is the fastest way to screw things up trying to make them better. it rarely works out that way- U know how many plants ive seen and personally fucked up cause it was going really well and wanted to mess with it to try and make it even better? Just look at the grow questions on here- happy plants and people post question asking can they mess with it by doing X or XX and they dont know they are about to fuck it up. ive been there and done it, so please dont copy me. lols. If the soil is full of organic matter, u will get fungus. Thats how nature works to break it down into plant food. In coco its from overwatering, and I suspect it happens more with organic nutes than syn nutes, but I dont use organics so its just based on what ive seen on here. Water a bit less often and it should go away to the point u stop worrying about it. it cant grow if its not wet enough to support microbe life on the surface of the substrate- so that in itself suggests u or your friend waters too often.

Spores live longer than you! :) Outdoors, if you ever had mold, you need to use pots on that spot from then on. Shrooms are the future.. ;)

Thank you to all of you guys (= @NobodysBuds I have never sold weed man xD The same mold is present in all the rest of pots. The tent is well ventilated and my Rh is around 60% during day and 80% during the night. I removed the soil contaminated but I think it will come back. At the moment it is not bad with the plants but I will be afraid if it take into the roots, stem or leaves. I think I will buy some fungicide. I did some treatment similar to the sodium bicarbonate you said but it survived. I add a propolis treatment also but it looks like it will live here. I could trasplant it to a new soil in the worst case. Thank you for your help again guys.

Trichodermas and a proper watering with good enough airflow.

it's possible it is not harmful. myco, for example is often put into soil. not all fungi helps or hurts plant. some don't even feed on same things. could do an h2o2 drench? but in reality you probably will not kill it off... if you start to see it on stems or leaves, throw that plant out. it will only spread. very low vpd or high humidity are good things to avoid. low RH% isn't all positive either.. that will help promote spread, but does slow reproduction. there is not magical environment that will prevent it... it is omnipresent, too... just requires an opportunity to gain a foothold. unless you are unscupulous and greedy, don't sell wpm-laced weed to ppl, lol. throw it out the moment you realize it is a losing battle. if only 1 plant gets it and it doesn't spread, that's probably a shit plant that is susceptible... sodium bicarbonate + surfactant -- potassium bicarbonate + surfactant -- h2o2 + surfactant -- horticultural oil, like clarified neem oil can help. these things are better for prevention and will never completely kill off a serious infection. these change pH and the oil coats the plant material which is an impediment to fungal growth. h2o2 can kill it but would need 10mins or more to do so and light breaks it down very fast... often evaporates long before 10 mins, regardless. During vege and first 1-2 weeks of bloom i apply a neem + castille soap concoctions every 5-7 days. the moment budlets form i stop. i make sure to get one last application in even if a bit earlier than 5-7 days. i've had issues lately.. i think it was more about inbred, weak genetics but all clear this run using the preventative foliage spray. i wouldnt assume this is a WPM that impacts plants until you see it do so... many fungi come in soils that will do no harm.
