Edges of sugar leaves on top cola brown

For two of my plants, the edges of the top colas' sugar leaves have gained some brown color. It showed up shortly after I introduced the grow light on full intensity which leads me to believe it MAY be light burn. I'm also paranoid about bud rot though. See photos. Your thoughts?

The best way to tell if this is just natural coloring (which, in truth, would be odd but probably not unheard of) is to see if you can easily pull one of those leaves off... if it comes off with no effort at all, it's mostly likely bud rot. I'm not convinced it is, though.... usually bud rot will show up as completely dead sugar leaves and these just have an odd coloring to them... so yes, it MAY be the lights!

Persistent issues - wilted leaves, light-green splotches, brown rootsMy plant has these issues. I've rinsed off the roots in case it was nutrient buildup on roots, which I still believe to be the case. I have given this plant a good amount of nutrients the week before.
