that picture is too blurry. you are 4 weeks into flower, so it'd have to have been pollinated almost immediately upon development.
is there a hair (pistil)? if so, it's just a calyx/bract starting to plump.
is it just a pod? this could be a male pollen sac, if so. early on you can see the segmented contruction of teh pod compared to a calyx that does not have seams along length. the sacs open up along those seams and anthers pop out. so, even early on you can distinguish between a plumping bract and a pollen sac developing.
pistil coloration can also be casued by some foliar applications.. could cause it too turn a color or retract/burn off. light-burn can also cause pistils to not develop correctly.
so, you have a clearer picture with your eyes.. easy to eliminate possibilities. if it was pollinated and you can 'see' somethingnow, it doesn't happen overnight.. would take a bit to be noticable.
if you cannot find nanners or sacs on plants, hard to be pollinated. Anyway, if you determine it is a sac, i'd kill the plant. nanners are one thing to deal with, but a true hermaphrodite is bad news. sacs have a full compliment of parts necessary to pollinate your entire room. nanners can sometimes be impotent and lone anthers (nanner) don't produce a ton of pollen on their own. sacs are the devil
