I started with autoflower. I hear they are harder to grow. I have harvested first plants. Try what you prefer, autoflowers are faster, but period is easier and u can get bigger harvest.

It's kind of a personal choice... I'd recommend Photo seeds for a new person as well.. A little more forgiving and no timeline is a bonus. The seed selection for Feminized photos is like 10x larger, Really cool and funky new auto flowers seem to pop up all the time. But either way you can't go wrong with either.

I prefer autoflowers you can get great yields and quality in half the time of a photo period plant.

Depends on your set up Our set up is built around scrogging 6 plants to cover a 8x4' ish area to fully utilize all of our light. This takes time so an auto isn't really preferred for us right now I would recommend regular seeds if its you're first time If you use an auto and have a problem occur, it can slow down your growth and impact your overall yields because they're on a timeline

Neither really. I also started with autos (don't know why though, thought it would be simpler I guess). They can be super quick, you can't control when they flower or how big they get. That's the only downfall I guess and alot of auto strains are just as potent as photoperiod ones nowadays. So for because of that I would say photos also you save about a 3rd on your electricity cost.
