It is nothing, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time.......they are unique organic beings, not robots.
It is nothing you have done or not done, not a deficiency or excess, just a couple of blemishes and nothing to worry about.

Looks more like mechanical damage to me from wind.
You should aerate top lair of soil on second day after watering, plant roots breath better.
If such stain,patches would be limeyellowgreen - mostly first sign of excessive nitrogen.

I don't think its much to worry about, might just be some odd gentics at play.
however it is best to rule out some other things.
Check under the leaves to confirm you don't see any mites or pests of any kind. really look and bring in a magnifying glass as these little fuckers are small.
I see on your diray there is no PH or EC levels for what your giving the plants. This also maybe a PH thing as coir needs a lower PH when growing in it with liquid nutrients. Do you have these values? or a way of testing them?

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. Humidity no longer issue (was waiting 4 inline fan). If I keep pulling off leaves it's going to die anyway.

3 days in, only cotydelons with no sign of the first true leaves. Have you seen this and has it recovered?This plant was stunted at the start after he couldn't get his hat off, but now looks pretty healthy however it's been 3 days of just cotydelons and absolutely no sign of the first true leaves. Have you had this before and did it recover to eventually grow true leaves?

Its almost day 5 after emergence. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
ALSO: It's still a seedling but, I maybe think the cup in which i'm growing it in is too small, or rather I put too little soil (9cm diameter , 4cm tall dirt).

1st time grower need advice and need to make sure my plants doing good.My plant strain is blue dream fast photoperiod by seedsman. I use foxfarm soil foxfarm nutrients and my ph stays between 6.5 - 6.8. my humidity is 36-40 percent. My temp is 65-70 F. I run a marshydro ts- 600 led. My grow is 2 1/2 weeks into flower.
