Hey Growmie ... I Noticed your pic here in the question section, those black little flies are fungus gnats. Fungus gnats are a fruit fly–sized insect pest that primarily affects indoor houseplants. They're attracted to the moisture of potting soil, adult gnats lay their eggs (up to about 200) on an organic matter near the soil surface. Fungus gnats are completely harmless to humans since they can't bite and don't spread diseases. To fix this issue , mix one-part peroxide with four parts of water, and pour it through the soil at the root zone until it begins to come out of the base of the pot. The peroxide kills fungus gnat larvae on contact. Neem oil is also an effective soil drench to combat fungus gnat larvae. Hopefully, this was helpful and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time" Mr_Weeds_Autos

Yup those are fungus gnats... that is not what is causing uf prior spoke about issue. U have small whitesh bugs on the lower right leaf of ur 2and picture from your first post. Zoom in on it. U can see a body and legs but cant quite make it out. They are either spider mites... or thrip nymphs. Those fungus gnats are a separate issue all on there own.

Fungus Gnat , They commonly appear when cannabis plants are watered too often. If you let the top inch of your soil dry out before watering your plants each time, fungus gnats often naturally go away on their own. Unless you have a really bad infestation.

Those suckers grow in the dirt and difficult to clear up too. The tape helps. Not sure what to use to get rid of all of them, let your soil dry as much as you can they like the moisture. I use Molasses just a little in the water and a weak Hydrogen peroxide mix it helps the roots and the bugs don’t like it at all. I’m learning too
