Hello. Your plant looks great. You can switch to flower any time you want. If it was my plant I would train her more. Do a topping and do some mainline training. You'll get a much better harvest if you put some time into training.
The Wasp - Is it winter where you live? Then the wasp is just looking for somewhere warm, so it doesn't have to hibernate or saw the light on after dark and said to itself, I can live here where it still daylight. It depends on the strain of wasp, but most strains catch and eat bees, bees that pollenate our food. I let paper wasps live in the greenhouse because they are one strain of wasps that doesn't eat bees and they are not very aggressive and like to eat garden pests. If it big and waxy looking, kill it. It's probably a queen full of eggs for the new nest she will build in the spring. If she is allowed to build her nest and hatch those eggs then thousands of bees will die. So protect our bees that make our food. Learn about wasps and kill those wasps that feed on bees. Around here all yellow jackets wasps and all bald faced hornets are killed if I can react fast enough to get them when I see them outside. Chuck.
