When to flip?

The space I am growing in has a max of 35 in that the plant can grow before get to close to the light. My plants are currently at 10 inches. When should I flip to flower?

If your strain is sativa dominant, it could triple in size so now would be the time. If it is an indica heavy strain, flip at around 15 inches as indicas tend to double in size. This will give you a lot of flexibility if they grow more than expected. Cheers!

I would switch either now or at 12 inches height tops, that leaves you some room in case the stretch is really strong

Heya !
When you flip to flower they will stretch twice the height, sometimes three times the height of a strong sativa strain.
Flip them when they are half the desired height you’d like.

Ideally, you want the plants to finish at approximately 24 to 36 inches tall, so you will induce flowering when plants are approximately 12 to 18 inches tall. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"

Are CBD-Strains less nutrient-hungry?Hey Guys, i experienced that these strains like a lower EC/TDS. Every time i went over 1.2 EC (600ppm TDS) they showed signs of over-nutrition, like very dark green leaves and reddish brown leavetips. What are your thoughts on this? Is this a sign of a hermaphrodite?I'm afraid one of my plants might be hermaphrodite.
Today i spotted something that looks like male pistils.
I removed them carefully and found something similar at the plant and removed it aswell.
Should i remove the plant from my tent (3 other plants are inside) or keep it?

Trichomes don’t matureI’m flushing slowly, has been almost two week now. Just water with PH between 6.5 and 6.8. The plant seems ready, pistils are brown for 70%, yellow leaves are dropping off, but I don’t get why trichomes are still transparent, they aged slowly compared to the rest. Is it normal?

Main versus secondary maturingThis secondary lower buds seem to be maturing faster than the main colas. The pistils are turning dark faster on the lower than the upper. Not by much, but it's noticeable. Maybe a week or so? BUT, should I take the secondary buds first and leave the main colas to mature more?

These have been grown in 91 degree heat for their entire time growing. I can't change that the heat killed off some trichomes. But what is your opinion on the doneness of the trichomes that are there? If the pics are not clear enough I can use my real camera versus my phone. THX
