Cultivo hidroponico ph y ec

I have a question that I haven't been able to figure out for several grows. The pH of my nutrient solution drops from 6.3 to 5 in one day. And the ppm goes up from 1000 to 1300. Does this mean my plant is lacking nutrients? Or does it have too many nutrients? I try to keep the solution at 1000 ppm and pH 6.3.

I'd like to just add to growinggrannies answer. I'd be tempted to lower your Ec from 2.2 to 1.6 on the res change. Even then that may be to strong. I'd also prep another bucket with just water with a ph 6.0 and put your roots in that 1st for 10 mins. Then put it in your fresh res at Ec1.6 ph 6.2. Also check your airstone. If its looking nasty replace it.

It means your bucket has too many nutes in it.... you'd need to drop that ppm ... it's easier to see the fluctuations that are serious if you calculate the EC rather than just looking at the ppm.... and it's a fairly easy computation - (ppm/1000)*2 ... If your EC is rising and your pH is falls by more than 0.5, I would change out the bucket and lower the EC... There's a good chart I use (but I don't use it as a "bible" as sometimes what it's telling me is not what the PLANT is telling me) ... but you can find it here about half-way down the page.... it's called Hydro, pH and EC Imbalance Chart ... https://percysgrowroom.com/ec-and-ph-fluctuations-in-hydroponics/ Good luck!
