first grow, good or bad?

Hello, is my plant looking any good? Its my first grow (RQS AK47 Automatic) and the seed shell/coat has already fallen off. I planted the seed directly in to the soil about 4 days ago. Im wondering whats with the small purple/redish color, its normal?

Yes it looks Normal. Growing requires lots of patience. If it does not stand up in a day or two then it likely dampened off.

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). They had a very rough veg life but now they seem happy in stable conditions. How do I look?
