Clean the area, take out all not canna plants, you will have mold or other issues from your dirt !!!
Most mutants go bad, but some go very funky.
If you have more plants, you can give a chance, otherwise if you start new seed again, you lost max 10 days, way better than any problems in the middle of grow or flower ...

If that’s all the space you have - I absolutely would kill it off. I’ve seen plenty that start like this and they are interesting to watch grow, sure, but never worth it as far as quality and yield

If the plant is healthy it would be interesting to see how it develops. It's hard to see but does this plant have nodes with tree branches instead of two? If so it has more space to develop buds later on.
