Looks Like Iron Problem. (Newer Leafs most affected)
Did Flush like a two Weeks prior cause of to much Nitrogen.

Burnt tips, chlorosis in fan leaves and red stemsSeeing chlorosis on the fan leaves and it’s accelerating, and the tip burn is getting worse despite easing off the ec to 1.
