Very slow single leaflet deterioration

Can anyone identify the cause of this issue? Note that this is occurring on only a single LEAFLET of a single leaf of a single plant. No signs of eggs and it is very slowly spreading. Took 5 weeks to get this far and starting to spread to leaflet next to it with some small spots.

Well, it's got to be an insect of some kind as a nutrient issue or environmental issue wouldn't cause this kind of damage. I'd get some BT and spray that particular area - top and bottom of leaves - just before lights out. If it IS a leaf-chewing bug, it will take one bite, decide to have lunch elsewhere and go off and die... and BT is organic so no worries there...

Brown spots on top leaves - nutrients, light or something else?She went into flower, now stretching. Set light to 100%, added Bio-Bizz Top-Max and Bio-Bloom (1ml/L each).
3 days later brown spots appeared on top fan leaves, very few also on lower fan leaves.
I suspect this could be light burn or nutrient related.

I use foxfarm soil foxfarm nutrients and my ph stays between 6.5 - 6.8. my humidity is 36-40 percent. My temp is 65-70 F. I run a marshydro ts- 600 led. My grow is 2 1/2 weeks into flower.Leaves.
