Are these “white hairs” at the bottom roots or pistils??

Well, today, checking out my little cookies fast version i saw this at the very bottom of the plant, in contact with soil but exposed
I don’t know if these are roots over the soil or pistils that have grown out of place, someone could help?

Roots! Cannabis is like tomatoes in that it will grow roots to the level of the soil.

Add Nutrients after 2-4 days of sometimes heavy rain for an Auto. Yes or no?I just had 4 days of sometimes heavy rain, 2 days in to it I added 1/3-1/2 my 3 day nute routine. We had 2 more days of sometimes heavy rain. Im in week 8 of an outdoor potted auto grow and I have 3 days of sun coming. Should I add nutes before they dry out? Bud rot from rain?6y ago
