Unfortunately going just by pistol color isn’t accurate enough. There are too many variables. Use a magnifying glass, or jewelry’s loop to check bud sites, both up top and lower below. Because there can be variations with the locate as well. Happy Growing 🌱

Hi! I've read that the pistils in some strains just won't change color. What week of flower? Where did you check the trichomes? You should always check trichomes on the buds not on the sugar leaves 'cos sugar leaves mature faster. How many clear trichomes you have? ALL of the clear ones should turn milky /amber before harvesting.
