From what I can see, you've got a calcium deficiency - you can choose to flush your plant with pH'd water (3x the volume of the pot) or just give it plain water for the next week. She needs a dose of calmag at the end of the flush along with 1/2 strength nutes ... if you choose to just give plain water for a week, give her one dose of calmag about mid-way through. At this point in her life, she desperately needs to be on bloom nutes, not the all-purpose .... and a PK booster would be a good idea as well. Good luck...
